Designed for both small and large volume production, our Spray Booths from MJ Services Ltd are built to the highest standards from the highest grade materials, designed to ensure a long working life.

MJ Services Ltd Spray Booths are fitted with belt driven fans as standard, built on site to our exacting quality standards. MJ Services Ltd offers a range of standard belt driven axial fans, plus a range of belt driven centrifugal fans for reduced operator noise levels.

Extra height booths also available, plus low level exhaust chambers, exhaust chambers only, bench type booths, plus specialist bespoke booth design.

Box Ovens

Box Ovens from MJ Services Ltd are available as Standard or Bespoke models to meet individual customer specifications. Fitted with a comprehensive control panel with digital PID temperature control. All box ovens have a forced bleed off air system and air circulation via a high temperature centrifugal fan.

Airless Spray Equipment

MJ Services Ltd offers an extensive range of equipment from the world’s leading manufactures such as Graco, Wagner and Airlessco, as well as several others. Our aim is to provide first class advice and the right equipment for your application.

Our range of airless paint spray equipment that has been designed to operate in tough working conditions. This range of equipment can either be air, petrol or electrically operated.

Used within the ship, fabrication and petrochemical industries these pumps can be used to apply all types of finishes such as epoxy coating, marine paints, solvent free polyurethane and fire retardant materials.

Wagner Powder Coating Equipment

Powder Coating offers the consumer a superior finish while adding many performance properties such as excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, impact, abrasion, UV rays and extreme weather conditions.
